It is simple.
Commit now to being plastic bag free, don't give any out at all!
Came March 1st be able to prove that you have done it, well ahead of the UAE legislation that is coming, and you are a winner.
Those who do it come on the program and get as much publicity as we can muster on Nightline for being good corporate citizens to the environment.
