I just thought
I’d raise an issue that I’ve seen coming up again and again on our Tri Club
Facebook page - jellyfish stings. Lots of people are back doing some
distance in the sea now and this year in particular there seem to have been
some nasty ‘attacks’ - from the usual nettle sting type to some that need
proper treatment and scars that last a long time. I don’t know if you ever
come across people with them - there have been a lot of triathlete cases -
so advice on how to treat them would be great! There’s the normal vinegar,
some people are using stuff for burns etc.
Just an idea but if you were to discuss it on the show let me know and I’ll
put something on the TriDubai page - people are desperate for advice!
