Dubai is bringing in some NEW laws to penalise distracted drivers and we asked what you thought about this!

From the Gulf News, link below, According to local Arab media on Sunday, Dubai Police have submitted a proposal to the Federal Traffic Council to register new traffic offences in a bid to make the UAE’s roads safer.
If the proposal comes into effect, the new traffic violations will include: eating, drinking, reading, watching television, putting on make-up, combing your hair, smoking electronic shisha, trimming your beard, and readjusting the ghutra(traditional headgear).
Each of the offences will carry a Dh1,000 fine, 12 black points and the vehicle to be impounded for one month.
