The Indie Jukebox Show with Aliaa and Adam March 8, 2017

What is one of the most common complaints people have about radio today?

The complaint I hear the most is that there is not enough regional and local music on the airwaves.

Well coming to you from RAW we have the answer and that is the Jukebox!

Here is where the show takes place!

The crack team of music journalists, Aliaa and Adam.

Here is the list of tunes.

The Wanton Bishops - Waslaha 2:38
El Morabba3 - Abaad Shewaii 3:19
Emel Mathlouthi - Ensen Dhaif 4:20
Sail Into Night - Parade 5:48
Imarhan - Imarhan 3:11
Muhaisnah Four - Signal (ft. Veblen Good)4:42
Sandwave - Hala Yummah 3:42

Short and sweet this week is very heavy with Arabic tunes and we love the fact that electronic influences are the hot influence at the moment.

Sail into Night and Muhaisnah Four are local artists and we look forward to speaking to them again on the show.

The Indie Jukebox August 31. 2016

Every week on Nightline we spend an hour playing and talking about independent music in Dubai and beyond.

This week we sit down with Cromwell Ojeda and talk about his music.

Cromwell has 6 musical projects on the go and an insatiable appetite to create stories through acoustic art.

From Muhaisnah Four to we Left As Humans, and a bit of punk in the middle, this is a great hour of talk and music.
