We need to change the driving culture int he UAE today!

We all need to start with ourselves first!
RESPECT, Manners, patience, thinking.
If onbe person is killed on the roads in the UAE it is one person too many.
We can not rest and wait for the Police, RTA and the government initiatives to cure all because they cannot change you and I if we close our eyes.

Hello Nightline James,
It's true that the new traffic rules in Dubai have reduced the accidents, but that doesn't mean people have changed the driving culture.
I don't think we have to wait for new driving rules to change our driving culture, because we have to start the change by our self!
