The UAE has grown at a very rapid pace since 1971 and there is a tremendous amount of research and public policy to be done when it comes to Emirati employment.
Of particular interest in the UAE is the role of women, Emiraties, in the workplace.
Professor Lynda Moore has started that research and she speaks to us about her findings.
