Thanks guys. So the recommendation would be to do the ear surgery back home in London or do you think the doctors here would be able to handle it?

Hi guys, love your show.

I've been told that I need to have an ear surgery as one of my ears has almost no hearing ability due to a childhood trauma.  However I'm very scared and the doctors have said it will leave a big scar with decent recovery of hearing.

I take cipralex 10mg every day because if I don't take it I get awful side effects - mind zaps, sweating etc. Any advice to weaning myself off it and combating the side effects? Pls advise! James

Hey, epidural guy again Everything is fine and we are told its going to be normal delivery. She has suggested it just for the pain.
