What are people doing in the morning?
First chance they get they are wondering what went down on GetFitRadio with Marcus Smith of Innerfight Gym.
Every week we manage to pull Marcus away from a class and get an hour of his time to talk about the world of fitness and answer your questions.

-deadlifts and breathing are we doing enough? A well executed deadlift requires us to breathe properly, brace our abs, hinge at the hips and extend through the t-spine to strengthen our posterior chain. Not only is it teaching us how to move properly, but it is strengthening the muscles that actually protect our spine. The stronger these muscles are, the safer our back is. http://robbwolf.com/2016/11/03/corrective-exercises-assessments-and-the-psychology-of-getting-stronger/
