Training weekend

Dubai fitness championship

-Dubai Fitness Challenge, Breaking muscle is talking fit for the holiday challenge…. We are there aren’t we! People jumping in DC is in!

-Missed the ½ marathon sign up, might have been on purpose! Training is still good need to get back on the plan!

-Marcus I seem to have reached a plateau as far as my ability to lift and run goes maybe I am where I need to be or to go to my next goal something needs to change?

-Do you think we can reach a point that we are happy and then we keep working out to stay at that point?

-Let us talk sustainability.  Thinking about fitness trainers and coaches  they often look amazing but can they keep up the peak perfomance forever? What happens when the 20something is 50 something???

This is a logical next item

Fight the middle aged spread this is a great thinking piece!

-Wrists are hurting from lifting is that a sign I am doing something wrong?

-Maxima, think this car is not getting the love it deserves!

-Evoque convertible thoughts?

-Is there a women’s car?

-you were a mini cooper driver I don’t feel the love should I

-Ford Taurus, thoughts?

-Q. Looking for a sporty little convertible, Peugeot? Mazda? What are the options

-The commuter to Abu Dhabi, Malibu, Mazda 6, what about a good old SUV any suggestions for comfort and fuel economy?

-Kia and a sports car? Would you?
Kia will take to the SEMA Show later this month with a modified version of its Stinger fastback sedan that it developed with West Coast Customs. This tuned version gets a number of high-performance enhancements, including a widened body, lowered front and rear suspension, gloss black front grille, carbon fiber aero kit, 21-inch forged wheels, widebody fender flares, rear diffuser and squared-off exhaust tips.
The Stinger is a fastback sedan and the brand's first GT offering, inspired by the grand touring cars of the '60s and '70s, designed in Frankfurt and developed on the Nurburgring circuit. When it goes on sale in December, it'll come in a choice of two engines: a base 2.0-liter turbocharged four pushing out 255 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque, and a GT version with a 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6 generating 365 hp and 376 lb-ft that's also found in the Genesis G90. It also comes in rear- and all-wheel-drive configurations, with standard Nappa leather interior and plenty of passenger and cargo space. You can read our First Drive impressions of the GT version here.

-A used mustang as a good bridge between an SUV and a sports car, not a total mid-life crisis cure, thoughts?

A Gwagon final edition, nice, will they really go?
After nearly four decades on the market, the Mercedes-Benz G-Class is ready to be put out to pasture. The first model to go is the top-tier Mercedes-AMG G65. The G-Wagen has only received minor updates over its life, doing just enough to keep things relatively fresh. Compared to modern SUVs and crossovers, the G-Wagen can only be described as charming, though good luck finding a crossover with three locking differentials and a twin-turbo V12. In order to celebrate the G-Class' legacy and end of G65 production, Mercedes-AMG has revealed the G65 Final Edition.
