Last night Mishaal Al Gergawi suggested that maybe we need to have a customer service action week!
What might it be?
A week where we all stand up for A+ customer service and not accept second best!
It could culminate with us reading some of the best examples of stories on air and maybe having the best providers come into the studio!

Its alright for us to demand 1st rate service and not settle for less but its for others to offer the options. Lets take banks for example - they 'claim' good service but not one of them offer it.
We are doomed to mediocrity. Which is sad.
